Work Outs

Welcome to the workouts page! Here you'll find all of my favorite workouts.  You'll find only basic instructions here on this page.  If you click on the picture beside the instructions you'll be directed to full directions for the workout.  As with anything on this site, I'm by no means a fitness expert and anything here should be ran by your doctor before doing.

Abs and Arms: Knee Injury Workout

  • Side Plank and Plank (2 sets of 15 seconds each)
  • Sarah Fit Summer Vacation Workout (one cycle through, ie don't repeat)
  • Bicep curls 5 lb. weights (2 set of 12 reps)
  • Triceps curls 5 lb. weights (2x 12 reps)
  • Reverse Flys 5 lb. weights (2x 12 reps)
  • Dumbbell Bench Press (2x 12 reps)
  • Lateral Raise (2x 12 reps) 
  •  Cardio: Punching Bag or air punches.  Do combinations of hooks, jabs, and uppercuts as well as keep your feet moving until you're breathing hard.
