Abs and Arms: Knee Injury Workout
- Side Plank and Plank (2 sets of 15 seconds each)
- Sarah Fit Summer Vacation Workout (one cycle through, ie don't repeat)
- Bicep curls 5 lb. weights (2 set of 12 reps)
- Triceps curls 5 lb. weights (2x 12 reps)
- Reverse Flys 5 lb. weights (2x 12 reps)
- Dumbbell Bench Press (2x 12 reps)
- Lateral Raise (2x 12 reps)
- Cardio: Punching Bag or air punches. Do combinations of hooks, jabs, and uppercuts as well as keep your feet moving until you're breathing hard.
